READING AND REFLECTING ON TEXT 📕📖
Pedagogy of science-Physical science is an attempt classes teacher students in the pursuit of enhancement of effectiveness excellence diversity and creativity in the area of teaching learning of physical science.it provides some basic ideas and strategies to help us in the development of concepts of Physical Science among the students. the book intended to encourage us to organise learner-centered activity based participatory learning experiences through observation dialogue discussion projects and feel were to interpret the learning of Physical Science with its content and process.
the book is developed by the National council of educational research and training (NCERT) the book development committee contribution this book to the development of pedagogy of science for the pre service teachers.this book has two parts and this reflection is about the first part of the textbook which contain 9 chapters. concept of pedagogy have been illustrated with the help of classroom experiences of practicing teachers. this book is not just for reading but should be used to get actively involved in the teaching learning process.
REFLECTION
As student teacher this book helped me to use it as a reference for the b.Ed curriculum. this book is intended to be unique in the sense that various aspects of pedagogy physical science project our 9 chapters are discussed on concrete contacts of the school and the learners by forging linkages in the learners the contacts and the conduct as well as the process of subject matter in a seamless manner.
