On 30th July 2020 NASA took a big step in the field of Mars exploration. NASA launched the Preserverance Rover to study in detail about the living conditions in mars. The Mars 2020 Perseverance Rover will search for signs of ancient microbial life, which will advance NASA's quest to explore the past habitability of Mars. The rover has a drill to collect core samples of Martian rock and soil, then store them in sealed tubes for pickup by a future mission that would ferry them back to Earth for detailed analysis. MY TICKET TO MARS

MARS 2020-PRESEVERANCE LAUNCH   As a science student I was always curious about space missions, space Crafts etc. Even though I can't directly take part in these missions I always find a way to connect me with it. Thanks to NASA, ๐Ÿ˜„they made this feature to write our name in a memory chip and send it to Mars ,with the rover.  And also they provide us with an awesome ticket with our name in it. For those who are always eager about the space missions these simple acts are inspiration to them. NASA's "Send Your Name to Mars" campaign invited people around the world to submit their names to ride aboard the agency's next rover to the Red Planet. Some 10,932,295 people submitted their names. The names were stenciled by electron beam onto three fingernail-sized silicon chips, along with the essays of the 155 finalists in NASA's "Name the Rover" contest. The chips were then attached to an aluminum plate. The three chips share space on ...
