On 27th July 2015, former president  Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam had breathed his last in Shillong. His death had brought shockwaves in  across the nation. Ardently  across all, a massive void in Indian politics and science had been formed, which is yet to be filled.  He served as the 11 th president of India from 2002 to 2007. He was born and raised in Rameswaram, Tamil Nadu and studied physics and aerospace engineering. On july 18, 2020 our college conducted an online workshop about stress management. Resource person was Ms. Nisha T Muhammed, Lecturer of Bhavans vidya Mandir, Pathanamthitta. The class was conducted in an online platform called google meet. Class started at 3:00pm. Welcome speech was given by Dr. Deepu P. R and introductory remarks was given by our college principal Sri Roy G.  The class was mainly about the topics, what is stress, stress management. In the present scenario the class was very important to each ond of us. 

An online workshop about E-content development was conducted on july15 2020.Resource person was Sri. Naushat salim, asst professor, KUCTE, kulakkada The class started at 10am. He introduced various online, offline methods to develop E-content. He also talked about the importance of E-content in present day.  Last session was interactive, respected sir cleared the doubts of students and teachers.

And after editing we published it on youtube and made it  available in a global platform. This experience was novel to all of us. This created confidence in us

A life skill workshop was conducted in our college on march 6-2020.The class was conducted by Dr. Suresh C. Kurup, Asst professor,Dept of zoology, MG college TVM. Practicing life skills is very important in today's world. Sir mentioned about the various life skills and its importance. The second session was activity session in which we participated in various creative activities. 

Teaching aids plays a key role in teaching learning situations. It works as the support for the teacher and taught in the pursuit of knowledge. Teaching aid like activity aid helps to pursue this goal. Activity aids provide opportunity for shared learning, it highlight innovative approaches, it increase student involvement in learning process, it makes learning environment interesting and engaging etc. Based on our two year B.Ed curriculum a workshop on theatre arts was done on 05-03-2020. The class was conducted by Sri. Satheesh C. Nair, Director of theatre arts of kerala university. He is a well known person in the field of theatre arts. He directed various plays and acted in many. The first session include introduction to theatre arts. In which he told about various aspects of plays.
